Meet Malene

From the dream of interpreting to creating flow

Malene once dreamed of becoming a simultaneous interpreter. Today, we're glad she chose a different path - and that it led her to Alflow.

As part of our internal sales team, she advises customers on everything from sanitary valves to specialised flow equipment. She translates complex needs into solutions that last - and add value to everyday life.

Malene is a great example of how different backgrounds and strong commitment make a difference. At Alflow we are different, but we share the ambition to create solutions that work - and relationships that last.

Meet Mads

When motivation turns into development

You'll rarely find Mads in front of a screen. Instead, you'll meet him in the warehouse - with an overview, good humour and always ready to help a colleague.

Right now, he has taken on a new challenge: training as a warehouse and logistics operator. He wants to develop and take responsibility for his own future. And at Alflow, we support him. Not just with words, but with action.

Mads' journey shows what we mean when we say that here you should be able to be yourself - and that we all pull together. Because when a colleague shows courage and motivation, we stand behind them.

Meet Lasse

When passion turns into solutions that work

When you meet Lasse, you immediately sense his commitment. He is passionate about combining technical knowledge with customer needs - and finding solutions that make a difference.

Lasse is a trained mechanical engineer and started as a product specialist at Alflow. Today, he is both Product Manager for our Single-Use portfolio and team leader in the cleanroom. For Lasse, it's not about titles - it's about collaboration, curiosity and the joy of creating something that works.

He has had the opportunity to grow because he has the will - and because we believe that persistence and curiosity pay off.

For Lasse, it's about using his knowledge to create solutions that work - and that's the essence of flow that makes a difference.

Meet Alice

When community starts in the kitchen

Just before 12 o'clock, Alice is putting the finishing touches to lunch. In a moment, 50 colleagues stream into the canteen and, as always, the food and atmosphere are under control.

Alice is employed in a flexible job at Alflow. She makes sure that lunch is ready and inviting - and her efforts extend far beyond the kitchen. Because without lunch, nothing works. The breaks provide energy, community and space to be people together.

For Alice, the job is meaningful. For us, her efforts are indispensable. She shows how every contribution can create great value - for the community, for everyday life and for cohesion.
