Change of CEO at Alflow: Founder and CEO Jens Martin Andersen passes on the baton

Vejen, Denmark - 5 January 2024 - Amid strong growth, Alflow, a leading supplier of flow components to the pharmaceutical and food industries, announces that founder and CEO, Jens Martin Andersen, will retire and hand over the CEO position to Sales Director, Jacob Rosenkrands, effective 1 January 2024.

A new chapter begins: Jacob Rosenkrands takes the helm

Jens Martin Andersen, the founder of Alflow, has decided to step down as CEO of the company and instead devote himself to board work. The former Sales Director, Jacob Rosenkrands, has therefore taken over the helm from 1 January 2024, while the former Technical Director, Søren Andersen, becomes Alflow's new COO and will work closely with Jacob to lead the company on its continued growth journey.

Both Jacob and Søren have been with Alflow for many years and - until Alflow became part of the Swedish group Indutrade in October 2021 - also co-owner together with CEO Jens Martin Andersen. Therefore, they both have in-depth knowledge of the company on both an operational and strategic level, which ensures that the company's values and culture are maintained.

Tradition and innovation: Alflow's exciting journey

In taking over the baton, Jacob Rosenkrands aims to integrate fresh perspectives while maintaining the core values and principles that have defined Alflow's success over the years. Quality, commitment and high professionalism have played a major role.

Jacob Rosenkrands, the new CEO, says: "I am honoured and excited to lead Alflow into this new chapter. We will build on the foundation laid by Jens Martin Andersen and ensure that Alflow continues to be a leading supplier in the industry."

A bright future

This transition marks the beginning of a new chapter for Alflow, which has been on an extraordinary growth journey over the past few years, with the number of employees almost doubling in just a few years. This rapid growth also led to Alflow receiving a Børsen Gazelle award last year.

Alflow's journey is characterised by a strong team spirit where the willingness to support each other is the foundation of their success.

Despite - and perhaps because of - the extraordinary growth the company has experienced, there is still a strong focus on the well-being of all employees. The average employee satisfaction score over the past 5 years is 8.14 out of 10 points. This figure reflects not only the high level of job satisfaction, but also the close team spirit and positive working environment that Alflow is known for.

"The informal atmosphere combined with a healthy dose of humour creates a unique and social culture where teamwork is key. We believe in the importance of coming together as a team and tackling tasks together - no task is too big or small to tackle together," says Jacob Rosenkrands.

He continues: "At Alflow, we look forward to the coming years, where we expect continued growth. However, the positive development also brings a need to further strengthen our team. We are therefore continuously looking for new talents who can contribute to their successful journey and become part of our growing 'Alflow family'."
