Third parties with access to cookies
- Morningtrain
Morningtrain ApS is a third-party web agency affiliated with Alflow. Morningtrain only has access through an encrypted portal called LastPass.
LastPass is heavily encrypted with algorithms that ensure complete security in the cloud. Data is encrypted at the device level and is kept secret from LastPass itself. Only Morningtrain employees have access to this data. With two-step verification, this service is made even more secure. When employment with Morningtrain ends, the former employee is removed from all access in LastPass.
Data from Google Analytics is available to Morningtrain. This is used exclusively for statistics and reporting.
The site is hosted by time4vps, which is located in Latvia.
Contact forms
At www.alflow.dk it is possible for visitors to contact our staff via contact forms. The information from the enquiry on the contact form(s) is stored in the recipient mailbox and as a backup in our website database and is deleted no later than ½ year after the enquiry is made.

We use a subcontractor for our IT operations. We have ensured that our IT provider is subject to the same obligation and that they only act on our instructions.
We use the ActiveCampaign service to send newsletters. ActiveCampaign is based in the USA and has a European branch in Dublin, Ireland. ActiveCampaign stores and processes personal data for us as a data processor.
