MARK96 Pressure reducing valve
Sanitary pressure reducing valve from Steriflow. The MARK96 works by sensing the pressure under the diaphragm downstream below the seat. As the downstream pressure approaches the set point, the force pressing on the diaphragm will overcome the pressure on the spring and the seat will quickly and precisely begin to move up towards the closed position.
- The valve design minimises pressure loss through the valve compared to globe valves. globe valves. This contributes to less vibration and wear - and ultimately savings. The extra-wide, sensitive diaphragm ensures precise flow
- The short guided travel of the seat also contributes to fast and precise regulation and less wear, as the travel is typically 1/3 shorter compared to globe control valves
- MARK96 comes standard with the JORLON diaphragm, which is a reinforced modified PTFE with FDA and USP Class VI approval
- The JORLON membrane comes with a LIFETIME WARRANTY, which means you can return it at any time in the unlikely event that the membrane fails
- MARK96 also contributes to reduced costs and less time spent on maintenance and service. This is due to the extra-wide JORLON diaphragm that ensures fast and precise regulation
