The twin wall pipe system is a pipe-in-pipe solution in different surface qualities for handling hazardous gases, liquids and media. Consisting of an inner process pipe and an outer safety pipe, the twin wall fittings guarantee safe transport of explosive, toxic and corrosive media.
Our standard fittings include tees, elbows, reducers, clamp ferrules and blind caps in various surface qualities for clean gas and media applications.
We also offer customised fittings and constructions, which are produced individually to your specifications and we adapt these to your specific application according to your wishes and needs for dimensions and quality, as standard fittings do not always fit the equipment. Drawings and 3.1 documentation can also be provided upon request. Examples of customised fittings include eccentric tees, Y-pieces, bends with custom angle measurements and thermal wells.
With customised fittings, you get optimal welds and also have the option of grinding and electropolishing the components. Welding can be carried out in a clean room and we also offer 3D bending. Throughout the process, we are your sparring partner for an optimal design for your application.
In addition, we also offer pure metallic pipe joints in different qualities. The pipe joints are made in a robust construction that makes them suitable for high pressure, vacuum and extreme temperatures. They are also resistant to mechanical stress.
The pipe joints have the same dimension as the pipe and are completely unobstructed. They are easy and simple to install and maintenance-free as they are a pure metallic pipe joint.
Our aseptic joints (DIN11864) are safe and flexible joints in different qualities. They have an optimal design for cleaning and sterilisation, resulting in a very limited dead space. The aseptic joints also have a metallic contact for proper tightening.
