What is pipe penetration?
Our pipe grommets create a flexible and hygienic seal that allows pipelines to move without breaking the seal. This is because the pipe grommet is made of a flexible material that allows a certain amount of movement so that, for example, shaking and longitudinal movement of the pipe does not affect the seal in any way.
With its unique silicone sealing ring under the stainless steel flange, the pipe penetration seals completely tight to the substrate. At the same time, the jacket itself is also made of silicone, so it seals completely tightly to the pipe without the use of sealant or other sealing material, making the system quick and easy to install.
Installing our pipe penetration systems is as simple as it looks - the screw holes are pre-drilled and clear cutting rings indicate where to cut.
The pipe transit system helps keep process areas isolated from the surrounding space. The airtight seal keeps out water, dirt, mould and dust and can be easily adapted to most pipe types and pipe diameters.

The pipe penetrations can withstand high flushing pressure, for example when cleaning with a high-pressure cleaner, and are durable in temperatures from -50 to +250°C.
