The pipes are available as single and twin-wall pipes in various designs - for example, straight pipes, tees, bends, reducers, blind caps, and more.
The double-walled pipe system, consisting of an inner process pipe and an outer safety pipe, guarantees safe transport of explosive, toxic and corrosive media.
We have a wide range of Triclamp gaskets in EPDM with low extractable, and we also have a large range of extruded profiles in different materials and colours.
Our O-rings for aseptic flanges are available in EPDM, FKM, PTFE, TUF-Steel, FEP encapsulated FKM and platinum-cured silicone and are available for bypasses, bolted flanges and Triclamp. They also have a compression limiter built in, so breakage of the gasket material inside the pipe is reduced to an absolute minimum.
With our connectors you can easily connect to TriClamp fittings, sampling and instruments in in-line pipework, tanks and other containers. Our connectors are also built with a flush design, eliminating the risk of dead zones that are difficult to adequately clean and sterilise.
Our pipe penetrations are made of flexible silicone that allows the pipe to move despite temperature differences. With their unique lip seal that adheres to the wall, the 100% pipe penetrations seal tightly, ensuring no moisture leaks in the wall or from floor to floor, and they can be installed without any other sealing.
