Our sampling cooler allows you to take samples of vapour where needed. It is autoclavable and available with an electropolished surface. The sampling cooler is available in several variants, including a portable version for easy sampling. The sampling cooler is also available in a version designed for environments where the cooling water supply can lead to contamination of the coil, as well as a version designed for permanent installation.
Our vapour separator is a simple and effective vapour separator that allows moisture to be separated from the vapour flow and discharged via the lower drain.
Manufactured in 316L stainless steel, our water dischargers are aimed at sanitary processes and are generally produced to fit with ASME BPE fittings and according to ASME BPE standards with their ASME BPE compliant clamp and welded connections.
The water dischargers are available in several variants, including a cost-effective version for clean steam applications with either clamp body or screwed body. The water dischargers are also available in a version designed for applications where pressure is constant and space is limited. This variant can be installed without orientation restrictions.
Our sanitary condenser has a large surface area that can release the same amount of heat as a 450 mm downpipe. The sanitary condenser is designed specifically for installations where space is limited.
The sanitary condenser subcools the condensate before it enters the thermostatic water discharger, improving the drainage performance of the water discharger and reducing heating time.
The volume collection chamber with cooling fins for condensate accumulation prevents the condensate from building up, wetting and cooling the temperature sensor.
In our range of steam equipment we also have a thermodynamic water discharger for pure steam applications in the biopharmaceutical and food industries. The water discharger can be mounted both horizontally and vertically and is suitable for both low-flow and high-flow applications.
We also have sanitary water dischargers developed for clean steam applications in the biotech and pharmaceutical industries. The unique design is well suited for SIP and clean steam drain points.
The water discharger is designed according to. ASME BPE 2009 section SD 4.11.2, and its built-in bellows are highly sensitive and ensure opening down to <1.7C.
The sanitary water discharger is self-draining when mounted vertically and is available in different variants, including a compact version, an ultra-capacity version and a high-flow version.
In addition, we have a thermostatic water discharger based on the float principle. It can discharge large amounts of condensate and vapour cannot reach the condensate discharge valve with normal, clean operation. In addition, all parts can be replaced and repaired onsite.
