We create a healthy and safe working environment through concrete initiatives: all employees have access to a free gym membership, we conduct weekly well-being surveys and monthly 1:1 interviews, and our lunch programme contributes to both health and community.
We invest in our employees - in 2024 we have invested 900.5 hours in competence development. We collaborate with educational institutions and offer internships and apprenticeships to contribute to quality education in society.

We optimise our energy consumption by using solar panels on our roof and buying certified electricity from Danish wind turbines. This reduces our dependence on fossil fuels and minimises our carbon footprint.

We actively work to reduce waste, increase recycling and use more sustainable materials. We have an ambitious waste sorting plan where 81,38% of our waste is recycled.
Our climate strategy goes beyond carbon neutrality - we are working to become carbon positive. By 2025, we will plant 150 trees through Scanenergi's Climate Forest project, we have invested in solar panels to reduce our carbon footprint.
